You will have access to the entire house including a private driveway and a private yard with a hot tub. Switi Hoso features secure, keyless entry, and you will receive a personal entry code before check-in. While street parking is permitted, it is not recommended. However, the spacious driveway can comfortably fit up to 6 cars.
Switi Hoso's 8kW solar system and solar water panels provide energy-efficient comfort. Mini-splits in each room offer AC and heat. Additional comforts include a Tesla charger, espresso machine, electric bidet, two sit/stand desks, and a 5-stage water filter.
With 9 beds for up to 14 guests, your comfort is never compromised.
To keep Switi Hoso a peaceful and welcoming retreat:
Guests must sign and return a rental contract within 8 hours of booking, including all guest names. HOA rules enforce quiet hours and parking guidelines.
The property has a front door camera. A copy of the guest's legal photo ID is required. Sonoma County limits occupancy to 12 guests (children under 3 are exempt). Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM. Max vehicles: 6.
In the event of an emergency evacuation order, guests must vacate.
